The Sparta Chamber of Commerce, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, and the Sparta Area School District are sponsoring a Career, Job & Education Fair on Wednesday, May 4th to be held at the SpartaHigh School.
If you’re a business looking to fill immediate vacancies, add summer workers, and/or build your talent pipeline by making valuable connections with youth, you don’t want to miss this opportunity! This is a great opportunity to showcase local businesses to students for future opportunities.
The Career, Job and Education Fair will start with a student only session from 1:00pm - 2:25pm, a student/parent hour from 2:30pm - 4:00pm and will then be a Regional Public Job Fair open to the public from 4:00pm-6:00pm. During this time, Schindoggies Cardinals Nest Food Truck will be available to the public.
In addition to the Career, Job & Education Fair, there will also be job search related workshops offered and Job Center staff available to assist with resume review and interview preparation. Job seekers are encouraged to dress for success and bring copies of their resume!
