Up To Date News For You

November 22, 2024

I would like to thank the community for their support in passing the November facility referendum. The first part of starting this project is to establish our architect and construction manager for the entire facility project. On Monday, November 11, the Board of Education voted to start a request for proposal (RFP) process for both positions, and by the end of that week an RFP was sent to architectural and construction management firms.  Companies have already visited Sparta High, and have until December 3 and December 4 respectively to submit a proposal. Our plan is to interview finalists for each position prior to the December 16 full Board meeting in which an architectural and construction management firm will be selected.
